After-hours care	Q01 After-hours care is provided by the 24 Hour Surgery, Practice Plus for virtual after hours care and Healthline for free after hours medical advice. Our after-hours message directs callers to ring 111 in an emergency, or to our after-hours providers for health advice and triage. Q96 Information about our after-hours service is also available from our website, signage in the clinic, and from the information provided on the practice TV in the waiting room.
